I have been asked many times from various customers “why are you different?”. It is just a bus to go from A to B right? It is just a bus, however it is more of an experience than anything. Buses today are not like the school buses we rode as children. They have a restroom, TV/DVD, some even have in motion Satellite and WiFi. But the bus is not the whole package. It must also come with an A+ driver to really make a memorable journey. The drivers at Silhouette Tours and Travel are all 19A Certified, have random alcohol and drug testing, annual health examinations, and a rigorous driver safety training. The reason we do all this is not only because it is the LAW but also because we value everyone’s safety that travels on our vehicles. We have found that 9 times out of 10 customers were unhappy with the not the bus, but the drivers or timeliness of the arrival. We understand your time is worth money so we will be at your pick up location at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. Newly Certified Department of Defense Motorcoach Carrier

Silhouette Tours and Travel of New York and Delaware are pleased to announce the results of a Department of Defense (DOD) inspection of our motor coach operation and facility. We have received a top rating of one, along with a letter of commendation from the Department of the Army. Being an approved carrier for the DOD is the highest rating a bus company can receive. Ratings are based on a scale of one to five, and each applicant for a DOD rating is subject to a stringent review of their facilities and vehicles. We are proud of this new achievement and excited to share the news with our clients and competitors. This is something to set us apart from the rest of the industry in a very positive way!
